The work encompasses structural engineer calculations and building control approval, temporary support (Acrows and Strongboys) during wall removal, fitting the steel onto padstones, building in the beam, and making good all walls, floors and ceilings.
This approach is also used to form large openings for extensions, knock throughs and wide bi fold or sliding door openings.
